This facilitator’s manual is designed to support adolescents aged 12–14 in Cambodia to build respectful, non-violent, and gender-equitable relationships. Grounded in the Cambodia’s National Action Plan to Prevent Violence Against Women (2014–2018) and informed by the UN Multi-country Study on Men and Violence, the manual promotes social norm change through participatory activities and life skills education. Developed by national and international experts and revised after a year of implementation in Kampong Cham province, the manual equips facilitators with tools to help young girls and boys manage stress, improve personal relationships, and engage in positive social activities. This publication was produced under the UN Joint Programme Partners for Prevention (2008-2017) implemented by UNDP, UNFPA, UN Women, and UNV, with support from Australia.
