These three case studies highlight women-led care enterprises developing practical, sustainable approaches to meeting care needs in Viet Nam. From home-based healthcare to residential elder care, Hoàng Nhân Home Healthcare Service, Nhân Ái Elderly Care Center and Bình Mỹ Elderly Care Center show how quality services, investment in care workers and family-friendly workplace policies can support communities, workers and businesses.

Developed through a joint project of UN Women and the Viet Nam Women Entrepreneurs Council (VWEC), their experiences offer practical examples of care models that advance gender equality, decent work and well-being.
