The “UN Women impact stories series”, updated quarterly, illustrates the human impact of UN Women’s work across Asia and the Pacific, highlighting the partnerships that make this work possible. Through the support of the Government of Canada, UN Women in partnership with the Law Reform Commission of Thailand commissioned a research study on Indigenous Women’s Life Stories and their Access to Justice. The study analyses 5 selected tribal women’s groups in Thailand discriminated from traditional practices, public health services, nationality law and the system.
