The EmPower Academy
Equipping women and young people to amplify their voices, build resilient livelihoods and drive gender-responsive climate innovation.
The EmPower Academy is a regional movement and learning programme for young leaders, climate activists and women-led civil society organizations across Asia and the Pacific. It helps them gain skills, tools and opportunities to lead the green and AI transitions.
Through a flexible, modular curriculum, participants turn skills into action. They use data literacy, AI, project management and green entrepreneurship to design gender-responsive solutions to climate challenges in their communities.
A 24/7 Companion GPT supports learning and practice, while the Grand Challenge showcases standout projects. All toolkits and templates are open for replication across Asia and the Pacific.
