Call for Proposals: Strengthening the prevention and coordination of Gender Based Violence services in Cambodia.

Violence against women (VAW) remains a concern in Cambodia, though prevalence decreased from 29% in 2014 to 21% in 2021 (CDHS). The government has advanced laws, policies, and mechanisms, including the NAPVAW 2025–2030. To address root causes, civil society organizations (CSOs) will engage communities to challenge harmful norms and promote gender equality. With support from Australia’s ACCESS 2, Co-create GBV prevention approaches aligned with the RESPECT framework will implemented in one province by a selected CSO.
