Call for Proposals: National Study on Women’s Political Experiences including Discrimination and Violence during the 2026 House of Representatives Election in Nepal

UN Women aims to undertake a comprehensive study of women candidates who contested the March 2026 House of Representatives elections under both the First-Past-the-Post (FPTP) and Proportional Representation (PR) electoral systems. The study will cover a representation of target population of 2,160 women candidates, comprising 388 FPTP candidates and 1,772 PR candidates.
