Supporting the recovery of women entrepreneurs and women’s micro, small, medium enterprises from the impact of COVID-19 in Bangladesh
The policy brief highlights the key barriers that women entrepreneurs and MSMEs are facing in Bangladesh; and how the overall situation deteriorated further due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to strengthen government’s rapid recovery responses through stimulus packages, and to contribute to the long term sustainable support systems for women entrepreneurs & MSMEs, this policy brief has also highlighted a set of policy recommendations for stakeholders including the government and private sector in Bangladesh.
