Staying Alive 2011
This Report analyses the status of implementation of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act in 2011. Lawyers Collective and ICRW conducted the research by tracking the infrastructure provided by different states, budgetory allocations, orders passed by the Magistrates and judgements of the higher judiciary. The report is fifth in the series of Monitoring and Evaluation Reports on the Act.
