In collaboration with the China Enterprise Confederation, and the International Labour Organization, UN Women developed the training manual: Creating a Diverse, Equal and Inclusive Workplace.

The toolkit provides a grounding in creating a family friendly workplace for employees, as well as eliminating gender-based violence and sexual harassment in the workplace. With its step-by-step guidance and checklist, the toolkit provides a self-learning tool for business leaders, confederations of enterprises or associations of businesses, so that they can better promote gender equality in the workplace and build their own gender-responsive business mechanism.

Based on three guidance manuals prepared by All-China Federation of Trade Unions — the Guidance Manual for Promoting Gender Equality in the Workplace; the Guidance Manual for Eliminating Sexual Harassment in the Workplace; and the Guidance Manual for Creating a Family-friendly Workplace- the toolkit has been designed to meet the specific and practical needs of Chinese enterprises to better understand and implement related regulations in the workplace.

Originally designed for enterprises and industry confederations in China, this training manual will be beneficial for business leaders and employees across the world, and serve as a group training guide for practitioners, trainers and business supporting agencies that aim to create a diverse, equal and inclusive workplace, to promote a more resilient, inclusive and sustainable business environment.

《建立多元平等共融的工作场所培训手册》

联合国妇女署与中国企业联合会、国际劳工组织共同开发了旨在推动工作场所中性别平等的《建立多元平等共融的工作场所培训手册》。

本培训手册旨在为企业如何创建家庭友好型工作场所，以及消除职场性别暴力和骚扰提供指导。通过循序渐进的分步指导和任务清单，成为企业管理者、企业联合会或企业协会的自学工具，以便更好地促进工作场所性别平等，并建立自己的促进性别平等的企业管理机制。

我们是在中华全国总工会编制的三本指导手册《促进工作场所性别平等指导手册》《消除工作场所性骚扰指导手册》和《创建家庭友好型工作场所指导手册》的基础上设计并开发了本手册，进一步从企业角度出发，便于企业更好地理解现行法律法规政策，并在工作场所中具体落实。

本培训手册最初是为中国的企业家和行业协会开发的，我们相信它将有助于世界各地的企业管理者和员工，也将为相关领域的从业人员、企业培训师和商业支持机构提供参考，并有助于建立一个多元、平等、共融的工作场所，建设一个更有韧性、更具包容性和更可持续的商业发展环境。
