This is a brief of the Gender Assessment of Skills Development Opportunities for Women Migrant Workers from Sri Lanka presenting the key findings of available skills development opportunities for Sri Lankan women aspiring to pursue employment abroad, mainly in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. It also offers recommendations to stakeholders to consider how they support women to increase their access to skills developing opportunities and enhance their participation in international labour migration.
