Pacific Regional Ending Violence against Women Facility Fund – Knowledge and Learning Exchange

In October 2014 representatives from 15 organizations in seven Pacific Island countries gathered in Melbourne, Australia for a week-long knowledge and learning exchange organized by UN Women. It was an opportunity to share experiences and learn both from each other and from a number of organizations working in Victoria, a state that employs Australia’s most holistic approach to ending violence against women. The exchange was part of the capacity building component of UN Women’s Pacific Regional Ending Violence against Women Facility Fund, which is principally funded by the Australian Government.
