Using Digital Tools for Fair, Ethical, and Gender-Responsive Recruitment of Migrant Workers

Digital technologies are changing the migrant labour recruitment landscape with the potential to benefit and harm migrant workers. As shown in this short video, digital apps and platforms could make the recruitment process more accessible, transparent, and convenient, but they could also be used by unscrupulous actors to target would-be migrant workers, especially women, with scams and other criminal activities.
