Stock-taking on the “10 Actions to Stand AgainstRape”through consultations with CSOs, youth, media, local government authorities, shelter-based NGOs,Networks and CBOs under HIV program, transport sector, city corporation authorities, women-ledorganizations, women rights organizations and GBV Cluster by the UN in Bangladesh 16 Days Task Team
The consultations are meant to take stock of the progress and challengesidentified in implementing the 10 Action Points.

Hosted by MoWCA with support from the LCG-WAGE will continue the stock takingexercise by leveraging on the Government’s commitment and present on the achievements andchallenges in achieving and implementing the 10 actions.

Community Consultation on follow up of implementation of High Court Directives on sexual harassment
Description: To follow up the implementation status of HCD and coordinate services with relevant stakeholders organized by Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST) Patuakhali Unit.

Rickshaw/Van Campaign to build mass awareness and community engagement to prevent VAW at the local level Cumilla, Bogura and Patuakhali
To create awareness among the community on gender-based violence, violence against women, relation between imbalance of power and SH prevalence. Van/Rickshaw campaign will be conducted to reinforce the positivity of healthy relationships to eliminate violence against women in the community.
