Overview of the Beijing+20 Asia-Pacific Regional Review Process 

In 2015, the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) will review implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women and the outcomes of the twenty-third special session of the General Assembly (2000).

Supporting the 2015 global review, the United Nations Economic and Social Council, through Resolution 2013/18, called upon all States to undertake comprehensive national-level reviews of the progress made and challenges encountered in the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action and the outcomes of the twenty-third special session of the General Assembly.
