Maubisse Declaration Phase Two 2018 – 2023

The 8^th Constitutional Government adopted the second Maubisse Declaration on the 12th of October 2018 in commemoration of International Day for Rural Women. This poster highlights the commitments made by 17 institutions who signed the Declaration for improving the lives of rural women and girls over a five-year period (2018-2023). The Declaration recognizes the need for all agents, public and private, to work together and notes the linkages between the Declaration and the objectives in the National Strategic Development Plan (2011-2030), the Programme of the 8th Constitutional Government, and Timor-Leste’s commitments to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
