This report provides key insights into the current landscape of Gender-Responsive Procurement (GRP) in Viet Nam. It presents findings from a legislative review, stakeholder mapping, and capacity assessment to inform the development of GRP policies and programs. Despite growing efforts to support Women-Owned Businesses (WOBs) and Gender-Responsive Enterprises (GREs), formal GRP frameworks remain limited. The report highlights opportunities to integrate gender-sensitive procurement practices into both public and private sector supply chains, advancing women’s economic empowerment and expanding market access.
