UN Women’s 2014 calendar features the winning entries from the ‘Freedom from Violence for women and Girls’ Photo Competition carried out last year. Through this competition, UN Women has encouraged millions of young people to depict their vision of freedom from violence for women and girls. The competition was part of the UN Secretary-General’s UNiTE to End Violence against Women and Girls campaign.
