Mapping of development partners and INGOs working on GE and WE
The study identifies poor coordination among development partners and limited data on women’s issues as a key factor impacting the integration of women’s issues in a sustainable development agenda. The study recommends the development of a national policy for women’s empowerment and gender equality and its mandatory implementation by all sectors at all levels. It further recommends intensive assessment of the impact of initiatives supported by development partners and INGOs.
