The overall objective is to support women and excluded groups for their economic recovery and resilience in the post COVID-19 context.

The overall purpose of the assignment is for a CSO or a coalition of partners to support female sex workers, strengthening their voice and agency through advocacy with duty bearers for enhancing access to alternative livelihood options and other essential services.

UN Women is seeking to partner with a civil society organization to implement national priorities, which were identified through consultative processes. The aim of the Programme is to render women's and girls' lives and livelihoods disaster-resilient, contributing to sustainable and secure communities.

The call for proposal is for RP selection to implementing and produce outputs for two umbrella projects.  One is Gender-Responsive COVID-19 Socio-Economic Recovery and the other is the EmPowering women for climate change-resilient societies project. By merging the coponent of the two, this call for proposal under the project "Promoting feminist action for socio-economic recovery from Covid-19 pandemic and climate change-resilient livelihoods" which will be within 18 month duration.

UN Women Pakistan aims to seeks services of Civil Society organisations to work to respond to the recovery needs of the 2022 flood affected communities, especially women and girls, UN Women Pakistan is proposing a 12-month project to be implemented in the nine most flood affected districts across three provinces of Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
